the itunes store loads and i can log myself in, but when i try to type in a search item [song, artist, etc.] i hit enter and nothing happens, even when what i type in is on the drop down list.
also, when i click on anything on the home page of the itunes store, it won't go to that either. so basically, when the store opens, i'm stuck on the main home page.
anybody know how to fix the problem?
