Do Sports Bike Sterring is turnable or its just mounted ? i'm wondering in races every racers take a turn like bending their whole body pushing the whole weight on one side to take a turn??so actually what is happening ??if they have steering turnable then they can move their handle bar alone rather than pushing their whole body mass on one side?Please clarify on this friends?? thanks ...
 
they do have proper handle that cant make turns

now coming to your question of leaning bodies
its called inertia and momentum.
i'll try to explain in simple terms
motorcycles generate very large forces so instead of slowing down you could just instead lean and turn the bike without falling and maintaining the momentum
practical example-why cant you stand a bicycle stationary standing but when you start the cycle it doesn't fall,because you have inertia of cycle + your body is pushing the cycle forward..now make that speed fast,you can see how they do "maut ka kuan" or "wheel of death"
speed it faster and you could literally makes leaning turns,inertia wouldnt just let you fall
