well if if you are not eating fruits or vegetables or still eating carbs in your foods eat a salad and get a good selection of music i prefer Will Smith - Wild wlid west its a real nice steady beat to get you going do this once in the morning and at night and you'll be melting the pounds right off

changes?? why not. i want to lose inchess!? i dont really build muscle i just do my bike burning 400 cals on it pilates and i do aerobic and move a lot. i dont do lunges or situps i dont want to build muscles cuz my legs are big already i want to lose fat on them then tone. i eat 1200-1300 cals a day. i did this sicne jan 5 and i still am. does it just need time? how can i get the most amazing body... PLZ help

2 mistakes...one is that your not giving yourself enough time. it takes a little longer for someone who is new to fitness to get into better shape as opposed to someone who maybe took a year off just to be lazy and came back into it. they can get their bodys back in a few months at most.

second mistake is that your not doing any strength training. cardio is good and all, but studies show that strength training for women actually burns more calories than just bodyweight and cardio. so by not doing legs or crunches or anything, those areas will only change a little. you can still do lunges to tighten up and lose weight. it'll probably help you out alot more.

the only way your going to get big muscles building up is if your using really heavy weights that you can only lift for 4-6 reps. but if you stick to high reps (around 15-20) with lighter weight...your going to be doing much better

try eating less cals. my freinds brother was 220 pounds (he was 18 at the time but he is only like 5'8) in his senior year at the beginning and then around halloween he was 180=) lol after a year e gained it all back but still=) BTW: he was eating 500 cals a day.

first thing that i believe alot of people who experience this is. You expect it to happen over night and, i saved the best for last, you can gain weight/inches with stress.i.e. if you stress yourself about losing weight/inches you either become bigger or stay at your current level.

Consult your doctor and he/she will prescribe a proper diet and exercise regime for you.

This is the hardest shape to change because you are trying to make things smaller anmd it is hard to see that. especially if you are looking every week LOL I would prefer jogging or walking and ask your trainer that is what her is there for
