I've been constipated for 3 months, what do I do?!?

I have only been able to pass small bits for the past 3 months, and it is starting to become quite painful.
I've been eating normally, and Have tried various laxatives, including several bottles of mineral oil.
Does anyone have some sort of cure that may help me?
