ive been having vivid dreams?

in the morning i will force myself to go back to sleep because i LOVE dreaming. i can actually remember the dreams and for some reason i find them fun and i really enjoy them. but sometimes i have a bad dream, like a jumping dream.... and i wake up scared.... even though theres nothing to be scared of ?

but i guess what im trying to say is my dreams are awesome and i heard that vivid dreams means that you will soon be able to control your dreams..

i cant control my dreams, i dont even know that im dreaming. but i often wake up in the middle of the night, go back to sleep and continue with the dream...

how do you control dreams?

and does any of this mean anything? or no
