with advise!? My mom said I could get one once my dad got a job and he got one last winter. I haven't brought it up since but now I want to because I found the perfect one. I have been talking to the lady that owns her and I know pretty much everything about the horse. I'm really responsible and do almost everything that my parents want me to do. I also know a lot about horses because i have been riding for about 4 years. How should I bring it up to my parents that I found the right horse this time?
I've been wanting a horse for about 4 years now and I am 13. Please help me

Just tell them... I was the exact same way lol and i'm 13 I wanted a horse for 5 years and have experience. I just got my perfect horse a couple weeks ago!
