Hii everyone
Been on a diet since beginning of lent (haha)
so thats 5 days now
ive eaten about 1500 each day on average
but something i havent done before is a lot of exercise
I have done a bit each day
I normally do aquarobics and swimming 2 nights a week
i just went swimming this week
Altogether
Wednesday: Jog 20min
Thursday - gym ball dvd workout (1 hour 10)
Friday jog (20mins in morn) swimming (1hour 10 (100 lengths) in evening)
I weighed myself as 10st 13lb (im 5ft 8)
i want to be 10st
however that means ive put on weight!!!
if its muscle ive put on should i stop exercising?
i already have really muscley legs
am i making things worse?
would it be better to let the muscle waste away and not eat a lot to get rid of the fat?
Please help!!
