i've get a horrible headache whenever i am on the computer?

yesterday, i was on the computer and i got a headache on the left and right of the back of the head, near the top. i have it today too.
is it because of the computer? are my eyes going bad or something from the computer? =S

i've got important assignments to hand in so i need to use the computer.
