Ive met a woman on the internet at a prisoners dating website, but Ive got a problem

.....? We met about a year ago and plan to marry when she is released in 2 years time. Im a fair bit older than her, Im 63 and she's 35, but we really love each other and I know for a fact she was wrongfully convicted of killing her husband with poison.

The problem I have is that because Im older than her, shes saying I should transfer my house into her name so we can avoid inheritance tax issues when I pass on. However technically my son owns 10% of the property (we have a contract) and he's not happy about transferring anything into her name.

So my question is, can I just transfer my 90% ownership into her name without having to draw up a new contract with my son or what rights do I have to buy out my sons 10% share so I can transfer the whole house to her name so that there are no issues should I pass on.

Thank you for your help.

63 you say? In that case... Hey there stud muffin, I'm 25 and free as a bird... let's go back to your place and see what else we can draw up...

buy out your son, transfer the whole house. In fact, while you're at it, why don't you send your wages to her each month? Bless her, it must be miserable for her in prison, and knowing that she'll be having money from you will almost certainly cheer her up.
It might help to do the house and garden up for her return too...that'd be nice wouldn't it? Just to make sure the garden stays nice though, best get in loads of weedkiller - you don't want the little blighters messing up the garden do you?

Good luck!!!

this sounds kinda like a scam and besides your 63, she's 35 this rarely happens... all i am saying is wait till she is out of prison and live with her a while... things will be clearer

hey i think this is fake, i viewed this guys previous questions and answers and he responded to a question dealing with this same concept, probably got the idea from it... heres the ? with his response http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=AoZQhjpyCg6AiiNVSet_0fXsy6IX;_ylv=3?qid=20090814011515AAg651i&show=7#profile-info-BAcy66PFaa

I managed to do this with my first two late wives, Hilda & Edna. It didn't work out with my third late wife Ethel where I was advised to plead guilty to involuntary manslaughter for accidentally leaving our car handbrake loose when it was parked next to a cliff.

I'd already spent my first two inheritances, so when I left jail I had to go back to stripping at hen parties.
