I've Sony Vaio VGN-FZ21E and i want to format Vista!!! Please HELPPPP!!!!?

I've Sony Vaio VGN-FZ21E and i want to format Vista Home premium and install Vista Business edition, but my problem is how do i make a boot cd??? When my notebook is powering up, i tap F2 and i can't set the cd to boot from.How to made the cd drive to boot??? How to make my Vista cd to boot from the cd drive??? BTW my BIOS is R1120J7.
PLEASE HELP ME!!!
