Jail Breaking ios 4, question about downgrading?

I am looking for an untethered 4.3.5 jail break, but unfortunately i cannot find one, but was wondering if i downgradeed to 4.3.3 would this delete all data on my ipod? And how would i do this?
would this delete my data on my ipod down graDING? or not, i would rather not do a tethered as i dont have a personal computer am borrowing a friends.

It also talks about downgrading to 4.3.3 and other info on that. Also shows how to jailbreak it, a tethered jailbreak dosnt take very long, i have done it.
