Jailbreak 4.2.1 Unteathered iPhone 4?

I have an iPhone 4 and I've been trying to jailbreak my phone unteathered with a windows. How can I jailbreak with either a windows or Mac but I did not save my SHSH files for 4.1.
Is the rumor about Greenpois0n releasing the new firmware true?
