jailbreak ios4.1 on iphone 3GS?

i was in ios 4.0.2 (jailbroken and unlocked). Recently i performed ERASE ALL CONTENT AND SETTINGS On iphone. i'm a new user of iphone. after erasing my phone didn't boot up. i've search for a solution on web and got it. i connected to iTunes and restored and updated on ios 4.1. but how stupid i'm!!! i've lost jailbreak, unlock. with an unsupported SIM i coudn't do anything. one of my friend did a favor for me. he activated my phone. now i can only use my iphone 3GS as ipod touch. without SIM. i'm looking for a solution. what to do now. is there any jailbreak?? unlock for ios4.1?

may be it's OLD BOOTROM(i'm not sure)
