He said he wanted to go out on the street at high noon and shoot me cause my opinion differs on a political issue

Is that right? Is that any different then what was said to the health care democrats?

Isnt that a violent threat?

If you can't tell the difference, you need to either grow up or get a clue. A euphemism for debate is a hell of a lot different than shouting racial slurs, phoning in death threats, cutting gas lines at houses and faxing pictures of nooses to black congressmen.
