OK, it is almost anniversary time for Yggdrasil and he would like to write a nice message in a card to the wife.

I found this beautiful phrase in a song by Utada Hikaru's, "Beautiful Boy,"

?????????????
????????

"moshimo negai hitotsu dake kanau nara
kimi no soba de nemurasete"

(If only one request is granted
then let me sleep next to you)

Unfortunately, it is said by a lady to her guy. Could I get some help making it gender appropriate for a man to his wife?

Thanks.
Minteh: I am an idiot...I have the title right in front of me...and I still got it wrong. It is a hauntingly beautiful song. "Beautiful World" is correct. And she is a Japanese-American. Of all things, her Dad was an Enka singer (don't tell Urd. LOLOL).
BTW, I am amazed that she hasn't caught on here in the US (of course, the last japanese singer to make it here was Sakamoto Kyu...and that was a long time ago...RIP Kyu-san.). Her last album sold 7.65M copies in Japan alone.
