Did you delete Java from program files and couldn't remove the update in Add or Remove programs?
Well this is how I did it!
I downloaded JavaRa to clean up remaining Java files. This is the first thing you need to do, now use Windows Button + R and open up run, type in - "regedit" without the quotes in the box that comes up and press enter.. In this window, click the + on "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE" then on "SOFTWARE" and delete the "JAVA" folder. DO the same Process to the "HKEY_CURRENT_USER" folder. Now you can redownload Java and install it without problems!
