NBC late-night host Jay Leno will be making an appearance at the Arizona Diamondbacks, “Evening on the Diamond” charitable fundraiser on April 1 at Chase Field.“Evening on the Diamond” has been the D-backs’ biggest fundraiser, bringing in nearly $3.5 million in its first four years, the team said on its official website.
