Here's what I think, the intent contains a vast amount of information which is easily accessible to anyone. There has been a huge awakening of the general population due to this. Now it is not so easy for shady folks to hide what they are doing and that is a major threat to those type people.

If they can take away the internet they can effectively close the door on critical thinking minds who have a PC. The internet is a light in their dark rooms and that scares them. The globalist don't like it when the public catches on, because true enlightenment is their mortal foe.
