Jeep Cherokee 2001 excessive roll while driving?

It seems as though my Jeep Grand Cherokee wobbles or moves quick a bit while driving and hitting bumps. Not necessarily coming from front end, so I do not think this is the Death wobble. Just not pleasant to drive due to this excessive wobbling. I thought it could be the shocks, but not sure. Changed tires, no change in wobbling. I know the steering is slightly out of allignment. Any ideas?
