Jeep Cherokee Catalytic Converter Recall/Refund?

I went to the Jeep website below because i was told that Jeep had recalled the catalytic converters in jeep cherokee's and were refunding if you could show proof of a reciept, which i do have. Iv been told by many and read many peoples responses saying they had been recalled and refunded. So why when i enter my last 8 of my VIN (TC297529), it says "No Incomplete Recalls or Customer Satisfaction Notifications Exist".

Im confused and out about $300.00 that i thought i had a chance of getting back....help anyone?????

Check the vin, on the jeep, front windshield in front of steering wheel. Call a dealer in parts dept. and check the number. Your jeep might not have that problem.
