Jerry Springer-t.v. show- when ppl fight, they never bleed! is it fake!?

On the show Jerry Springer, when people fight, they never use fights it looks like and they never bleed. Atleast the episodes I saw. Is the show acting? Or are there no fist rules? like what the heck do you think!?
 
I know someone who was actually on the show once, and was told the fighting as well as the whole plot was fake.
 
duh the show is completely fake nothings real maybe when the show first aired but now its threw they should just hang it up now get it over with and add another new court show in its place!!
