...the apostolic churches? Comment? Through out the bible, we can see that people were chosen to execute God's Will. for example Abraham, Moses, Joshua, David etc, similarly the Apostles were chosen by Jesus Christ. So authority lies with the chosen people. For example even when Gods chosen race had disobeyed him, he did not select another race. he just patiently executed his plans through the faithful. similarly the chosen apostolic church still have the validity to execute God's plans.
