Joe Webb for fantasy football?

if favre is out (which is what it looks like), then webb will start. he is a QB/WR for fantasy. i figure, why should i start marques colston against baltimore, when i could have a third QB (we also have a q/w/r/t slot, but its standard everything other than that)

BN-Aaron Rodgers (he has a concussion, wont practice, and is in NE, whereas Kitna has been good and is facing WAS at home)
BN-Ladainian Tomlinson
BN-Hines Ward (vs NYJ)
BN-Joe Webb (vs CHI on neutral field)
BN-Eddie Royal (in OAK)
BN-Dustin Keller
K-Sebastian Janikowski
BN-Neil Rackers
DEF-Chicago
BN- Washington
