Just got My New Phone Bill from Sprint, got a weird charge on it..........Help!!!!?

I just bought a new cell phone recently, to replace a phone I had since 2005. I got the new bill, and found some strange charges on it, but the most shocking is this:

4392 KB Casual Data Usage @ $.03/KB....................................................... $75.00

I have no idea what that is, and have never had that on my phone before. Please Help!!!
