Just how much do I stink like cigarette smoke?

Ok guys, Good afternoon. I am a 19 year old male, who 10 months ago quit smoking after 7 years. I quit cold turkey, never slipped once. I have lived with smokers all my life, so maybe it was why I didn't see why it had been a big deal in the first place. Anyways, I currently live with 2 smokers, my uncle & my grandfather. they smoke in the kitchen and in the living room. My bedroom happens to be right above the kitchen, so the smell will eventually creep up (I put a damp towel under my door though, to stop most of the draft) but still its an old house, some creeps up. Anyways, I literally stay barracated because if I pass through one of those rooms, I come up smelling like I take a bath in an ashtray, and it is gross (I had no idea smoking smelt this bad; I must have been immune since I was a smoker). So I wait until 4am every week to wash my cothes (no ones up) and the house is finally cleared of the rotting stench. If I had to rate the smell of my room when they smoke, it is about a 1/10-2/10, not too bad but still to the point where it makes me irrate. After I wash my clothes, I immediatly bring them up, fold them and store them in my wooden dresser. I would just like to know if when i go out, do I still smell like the smoke, even thought I literally try tooth & nail to avoid it the most I can? I try talking them into going outside, but I get the "its my house I'm 80 ill do what I want" (lazy drunk, go figure). I mean, even when I smoked, I prefered going outside I hated a smokey house then. My uncle is also one of those obnoxious smokers, who will smoke 5 in a row, sucking it down until it burns his finger tips like its the last one hell ever get to have. But back to my question - just how much (if any) do I smell from living here? And how are the health risks now that I stopped, and avoid going to any parts of my house? thanks to all. Davey.
