I really don't think there is anything wrong with the house. It's recently had a tear off, new roof, new siding, new windows, whole house fan, central air, new hot water tank, commercial sump, HE furnace is 10 years old regularly inspected. Fireplace (wood burning) inspected regularly, new black top drive, new gutters...etc.
It was all done by pros and inspected. What else should we be worried about if anything? We also had insulation blown in before we sided and had recessed lighting done throughout. Just had our plumber check everything too.
What else can they find? Thanks for any help you can offer! We just want to put this thing behind us, great house but ready for a change!
