JVC Car Stereo Installation?

I was planning on upgrading to a new JVC car stereo and was wondering if it will be simple to install by myself and friend because I have a jvc stereo already installed its just older and was looking at a new one. I would love to save the money and not give bestbuy $50 to do something simple. Any input?

Just pop out the old one, look at the connections how they are, and add the connection and wires and speaker wires to the right place where they where on the old one. To make it simple, just take an image with a digital camera with good lightflash, then you wouldnt miss
