The Watchtower Society tells us that as Christ will come with the voice of "AN" Archangel, means that He is Michael the Archangel. Using that logic, would not the words “He treads too the winepress of the anger of the wrath of God the Almighty.” Also mean that He is the Almighty God?

1 Thessalonians 4:16 because the Lord himself will descend from heaven with a commanding call, with an archangel’s voice and with God’s trumpet, and those who are dead in union with Christ will rise first. [NWT]

That is, as you say, because Christ comes with the voice of "AN" Archangel He must be the Archangel, Michael, so as He also has the trumpet of God and treads the winepress of God He must also be, by your logic, the one and only Almighty God.

PS. Why has the New World Translation given the verse as “AN” Archangel if as you claim, there is only one Archangel? If there is only one Archangel, would not the correct translation then be “The” Archangel?

Stop picking on the JWs. They just do what they are told by the false prophets in Philidelphia.

You need to send this directly to the Watchtower Society so that they can issue yet another "direct translation" of the Hebrew scriptures that coincidentally tweaks that bit. I believe that the first New World edition was the result of the embarassment of John 1:1.
