I'm really interested in doing karate, but I don't know which kind yet. While I'm deciding, I want to know where I can find a nice karate school in New Hampshire. I want one that is strict, progressive, and has good sensei. I just think finding one is going to take a lot of work, so I decided to ask here first. Please help!

If you never studied martial arts before, you would not know what is good and real from what is fake.

I can tell.

There is a place near you called House of the Samurai". They are affiliated with Hanshi Patrick McCarthy - Koryu Uchinadi.

This school teaches Old Style Okinawan Karate based on the original intention of the art. I am not affiliated with this organization at all, but I believe that it has one of the best curricula available today.

Here are some of the drills they do and training methods use by them -
