i know its in the wrong catagory.
does anybody know where you can buy this bike?

its the bike she used in her Hot n Cold music video.
 
I have no clue. But my guess is that is probably custom made.

Shop around. =D

It was probably specially made, but i'm sure you can find a similar one.
