Keep having dreams about losing my boyfriend?

I keep having these dreams where I can't find my boyfriend and everyone else knows where he is but won't tell me. So the whole dream is me just trying to figure out where he is. Why would I be having these dreams? I'm not afraid of losing my boyfriend so I just don't understand.
