Kicker cvrs!?!? just a question for you audiophiles?

I had two 10 kicker cvrs sealed in my chevy cobalt. I'm about to buy 2 ported 12 cvrs. I'm gonna use the same amp. The guy who had it before me took.the faceplate off but said it was 900 watts. Now the only Kenwood that I saw with 900 anywhere in the description is the kac-9104 which is 1800w max. If this amp doesn't get the job done which amp do.you reccomend for a combined RMS of 800 and max of 1600 for the subs and will the 12s ported make a HUGE difference?
