King of the hill DVD's?

Seasons 1-6 are our on DVD for King of the hill. Seasons 7-13 are not available so how does Netflix offer it as a rental delivered to your home?
ok what I am saying is the DVD's for 7-13 have literally never been released so how does Netflix have them?

It's not available on instant download. A lot of movies aren't either

It's sort of a selling point. Let me give you a taste. When you find out you like it, and you wanna watch the rest, you'll be willing to shell out a couple more bucks a month for delivery.
