Kodak AiO 5500 Printer Bluetooth Printing?

I have a Kodak AiO 550 Printer that is Bluetooth capable. What does this mean? Can I go to a store like walmart and get the Bluetooth USB devise for this? Does it just print pictures or will to print anything I send to it (ex. word documents)?
My Laptop works wirelessly.
