koodo activation over the internet with out credit card or licesne?

im having troubles with activateing my koodo phone online and the store wont do it because all i have is my sin number and the store needs a credit card number or lisensce, but I was on the phone with costumer service with a lady named Gabreil and she told me i could still activate my phone with just my Sin number but i have been calling costumer service for the past week and well they havent helped does anyone know how to help me?
