Is it mostly true in hollywood most people have diets consisting of around 800 calories? and working out alot?
i know this sounds dumb sorry
So what i don't get it is people always say if you lower your calorie intake your metabolism slows down so you put weight on?
well what about the people who genuinely eat healthy and when they are actually hungry and it doesn't equate to 'enough' calories?
it doesn't make sense to me?
