we both had gym membersh? And so 2 months later I decided to cancel me and my brother so I sent in both at the same time, they accepted my letter and didnt accept my brother's. i think this is ridiculous because its been happening to many other people and so I have to do this again because theyre still billing me I was j.w if i could change my debit card number(tell them I lost my card or something) would that stop them from withdrawing money from my account? im sick of this ! I dont wanna go through the process of mailing in another damn sheet of paper. I mean seriously in a world where text messaging and internet the average joe doesn't use physical mail anymore. this is ridiculous..........
 
Call your bank or go onto their website and dispute the charges. Keep all documentation of correspondence between you and the gym.
