Labyrinthitis caused by traveling?

I had the effects of labyrinthitis (some kind of inner ear infection) for a while (about 2 months) when I started teaching in South Korea. The dizziness and vomiting was so severe that it required a one week hospital stay. It cleared up afterward and I was fine.

I decided to continue teaching in Asia after a brief stay in Asia. This time in China. After about 2 weeks here, I am having the same exact experience. The difference in China is that the medical technology is not what it is in America. In SK, I disregard my condition and ignored it. Here I am much more careful, but still feeling the effects.

How do I change this?
