Ok so this garbage truck driver, very nice, not bad looking, asked me out on a date.
He looked to be mid to late 20's, i'm 21 myself, I said I have a boyfriend even though I don't have one because i didn't want to go out with him because I know we would not have much in common.
I always see him around and he always small talk with me which i don't mind but when he asked me out it was weird because I didn't expect it and I don't understand what he thinks we have in common.
He was very sweet and said "of course" when I said I have a bf "why wouldn't you but i thought i'd try anyway".
I feel a little bad for lying but at the same time I just don't think it's a good idea.
What would you do? Would you ever go out with someone who has a job like that? Be honest, this is the internet after all, you don't have to be PC.
