Let say that there is this contract and its a contract that is suppose to be signed by two specific people (for person A & B). This contract is a permission to allow a certain third party company to withdraw money from person A's bank account.
However person C comes in and signs the contract with person A leaving person B out. (assuming that person B (is on holiday or something and that a physical signature is required).
Now If the company who specifically gave the contract to person A & B to sign and were to start withdraw money person A's Account, Would the company be legally allowed to withdraw money from the account?
I forgot to add that person C have forged person B's signature to make it look like it was from signed by person B.
