i have a truck that my brother leased in his name but lets me drive and make the payments because i had bad credit now i can get a loan and i want to buy it from him or the lease company but i want to pay a little more than it is worth to give him some extra money i owe. will my bank cut the check in his name or send it stright to the finance company? and if so what happens to the extra cash? can i even do this? the payoff is 15200 its worth 16900 retail so i want to give him 17000 its through chrysler financial
