I am 19 and after playing a game on my computer for a few hours about a week ago both of my hands fell asleep, after noticing i stop playing. My right hand stopped being asleep but the left didn't... I also normally fall asleep with my hand under my pillow and sometimes my hand falls asleep while i'm sleeping. My hand doesn't hurt and I have done everything just as I normally would however it's still asleep. I feel as if I am too young to have carpel tunnel, however could it be that? Or maybe just a pinched nerve?
