Legal File sharing programs?

Anyone know any good file sharing programs which are legal? There are many that are not legal they include: Limewire, Kazaa, Morpheus, and Ares. I'm 100% sure that Limewire and Kazaa are illegal and they'll give you some virus and adware problems.(I speak from experience.) That's why I don't use them anymore. So if you know a good legal File Sharing Program Please let me know.

The P2P technology is not illegal.
Limewire, Kazaa, Morpheus, and Ares are legal programs - it's the sharing of copyrighted files that you don't own or have the copyright owners permission to share that's illegal.
 
from wut i know none but a good one where there are really good chances of not being caught is soul seeker.
