...smoking marijuana on MySpace? This asshole kid (used to be my friend) has been using my old MySpace account, and on the account he uploaded one picture of him smoking marijuana.

Recently, he's been ******* around with me, and basically annoying me, so I got on the account, changed the password, and to be a big dick, I uploaded like 10 pictures of him smoking marijuana to it.

He told his parents about it, and they are threatening to call the police if I don't remove the pictures.

They also tried to talk to my parents, but my parents were like,

"Your son was using my son's email address and account to which he had the password for; and it was your son who was smoking and the pictures were taken on public property."

Basically, the pictures were really funny, and trust me, this little brat deserved to get caught smoking.

The parents are just angry with me because they are afraid that other people will see the pictures, and are blaming me for it. He already had one picture of him smoking on there, so he himself already invited other people into his drug use by doing that himself, he just told his parents because I changed the password to the account that was originally mine.

So, should I remove the pictures and delete the account, or leave them up?

- The parents said they are going to call the police and argue that there is no proof in the pictures he was doing marijuana. They also said I will be charged with harassment or cyberbullying.
