Hey, does anyone have information about the legalities of e-bikes in California? I've tried finding information at the DMV online, but there is no mention of these things.
For example, I was under the impression that e-bikes were sidewalk legal. What classification do they fall under? Is it true that only one person is allowed on an e-bike? My e-bike was pre-made with double seating, and someone told me that was not legal.
