Legs restricted during martial arts training?

I have been practicing martial arts for around 7 years now. this include mostly Tae Kwon Do ( Black belt 1st Dan) and a little kung fu

for the last 3 years i have felt the my legs have been restricted mainly in my hip and waist. i cannot lift my knees and legs more than a 45 degree angle. this is annoying as i am unable to kick to my full potential. i know it is not a muscular problem but more a bone restriction problem. what could this be and how can i rectify this?
 
im not to sure mate... try resting for a few days, are you warming up before your workouts ??? and cooling down plus alot of streching ???
well u should be cause your a black belt so you should know by now lol.

could see a doctor, just to check up... cause proberly your doing damage without you relizing.
i would proberly say have a rest... proberly your muscles are all tensed from training :S
