leopard gecko laying eggs??

i have a three year old gecko, for about a week i could see the eggs in her i thought she might lay 3-4 eggs but in stead she had 1 huge egg is this normal????
this will be her 2nd time laying eggs
 
If it's not the first time, she should have at least 2 eggs unless she's old or sick.
