Lesbian attending seminary?

Okay, so I want to attend seminary but I am a lesbian. I feel like it is my destiny to attend seminary! The problem is that even though I took several religion classes at university...I was to afraid to attend church services because I am openly gay in the south and now in Texas. I love Christ and I study the bible not as a literal work but for the truth. I read essays by theologians and I love to study anything about religion on my own. So not only do I not have a pastor to give e a reference letter but I am afraid even if I could get into seminary it would be a scary place for me and my partner. i want to attend an Episcopal seminary SOOO any suggestions on schools that are gay friendly and how to go about the pastor problem.
 
The Episcopal church do allow gay/lebian persons as pastors and leaders. I am sure you would not have a problem in their seminary. As far as the rest of the world...adopt a dont ask dont tell policy. In place of adopting being gay as your main identity....adopt being God's child as your first identity.
