Lesbians help i dont know what to do about my girlfriend!?

So my girlfriend has had a rough time for a long time and she freaks out easily. She cares but does not let me get too close. It is starting to hurt and she keeps breaking up with me because she thinks I shouldn't have this.

I don't care about the hassle I just want to help her, has anyone been in a similer position?

I have, and its tough. you just have to get used to it and not push them. They will let you close when they feel comfortable enough.
