Let's just say...someone was gossiping about someone...and you know what happened?

Someone went and could hardly wait to TELL!!!

Now if confronted would you lie and say....1. "No, I would NOT say that about you."
or..........................................................2. "Yes, I did say that because it is the truth." and walk away so no YELLING would happen...
3. "WHY would I say that? I do not know you well enough to say that." and just walk away slowly.

I know a white lie would be alright too...What is best for you to say??? Honest answers only...and THANK YOU!!!
 
An honest answer would be to admit that you were the one who said it, if in fact you did. Lying never works because eventually your lie will be exposed. If you made an error in judgment and joined some gossip about someone else, be adult enough to admit it, apologize for it, and learn from it.
